Winners Revealed for WorldSkills and Engineers of Tomorrow Competitions 2021

The winners and runners-up for the WorldSkills UK 2021 Final for security apprentices and Engineers of Tomorrow 2021 competition for Fire apprentices have now been revealed. 

As in previous years, NSI auditors were part of the adjudicating team in the Finals, which this year were held on 18/19 November at the Skills for Security training centre in Warrington.

2nd Place: Gianluca Mori (Banham Group – Training Provider – Banham Academy)

3rd Place: Richard Collingwood (JCI – Training Provider – Banham Academy)

Highly commended: Thomas Docherty (JCI – Training Provider – New College Lanarkshire)

Highly commended: Peter Smylie (Beacon NI – Training Provider – South East Regional College)

Engineers of Tomorrow – winners and runners-up – Fire

1st Place: Adam Smylie (Beacon NI – Training Provider: South East Regional College)

2nd Place: Jessica Goodson (JCI – Training Provider: Banham Academy)

3rd Place: Tony Steer (JCI – Training Provider: Banham Academy)
