Head of Product & Technical (Fire Systems)

We have an exciting national-level role that focuses predominantly on traditional Fire Electronic Systems Schemes but will also oversee several other schemes within the Fire sector.

📍National

This is a senior technical and business development role responsible for leading NSI's Fire Systems Approval Schemes, ensuring they remain technically robust, commercially relevant and fully compliant with accreditation requirements. The role includes technical governance, industry engagement, stakeholder relationship management, representation at key industry events and committees, deputy responsibility for Fire Risk Assessment schemes and supporting auditor development through audit delivery.

The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of NSI's Fire Systems Certification, strengthen our position within the Fire sector and support the highest standards of fire safety.

Fire Risk Assessor - Auditors

We have exciting opportunity - Fire Risk Assessor (Auditors) - to join our team based in:

📍London - South East

📍North West England (e.g. Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Preston)

To deliver audits and surveillance visits for NSI Approved Companies, with a focus on Fire Risk Assessment under NSI’s Fire Life Safety schemes. This includes third-party audits, initial assessments, liaison visits, and technical complaint inspections. The role involves evaluating compliance and competence, identifying improvement areas, and providing valuable feedback to support high fire safety standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety.

Services Auditor - Guarding & Specialist Services

We have exciting opportunities for Services Auditors - to join our team based in:

Purpose of the role:

As a Services Auditor at NSI, you will deliver robust, high quality audits to applicant and approved companies providing guarding and specialist services, against a range of quality management and scheme specific technical standards.
