The ECA (Electronic Contractors' Association) Industry Awards recognises the accomplishments of ECA registered members and other representatives from across the electrotechnical and engineering industry. 

NSI is pleased to sponsor the FSA Best Fire and Security Project Award at this year's event, recognising excellence in the design, installation, commissioning maintenance and (or) monitoring of any type of active fire detection, fire safety and security systems.

Security Matters Live is a brand new digital conference offering delegates the chance to network with colleagues, speakers and sponsors in real-time with video conferencing and direct messaging, as well as listening to industry experts in a host presentations and panel discussions. 

Richard Jenkins, NSI's Chief Executive will be presenting at 10:00 on 'Certification in Today's New Normal' and how third party certification addresses business professionalism and competency to buyers of security services in the 'new normal'.

Fire Safety Matters Live

3 November 2021 - Digital Conference

Fire Safety Matters Live is a brand new digital conference offering delegates the chance to network with colleagues, speakers and sponsors in real-time with video conferencing and direct messaging, as well as listening to industry experts in a day of presentations and panel discussions. 

NSI's Approval Schemes Manager (Systems) John Davidson joins industry experts from key stakeholders such as BAFE in a panel discussion on the significance of competency culture in the fire safety culture.

All attendees will have access to the six hour conference programme and receive CPD points for their attendance. They will also be able to visit the Sponsors Area, where they will be able to browse helpful written and video content uploaded by event sponsors.

Fire and Security Matters Awards

28 April 2022 Coventry Building Society Arena

Entries are open for the new Fire and Security Matters Awards organised by Fire Safety Matters and Security Matters magazines – published by Western Business Media.

The Fire and Security Matters Awards are free to enter and recognise excellence and innovation in the fire and security sectors. The winners of the Fire and Security Matters Awards will be announced at a gala dinner and ceremony to be held at the Coventry Building Society Arena (formerly known as the Ricoh Arena) on Thursday 28 April 2022, which will be hosted by popular impressionist and comedian Alistair McGowan.

The closing deadline for entries is Tuesday 30 November 2021.
