The guarding sector faces growing risks associated with the emergence of rogue labour and poor employment practices through sub-contracted labour; the Covid-19 crisis raises additional concerns as organisations that manage and monitor a wide variety of premises require additional security officers to maintain Covid secure environments and adhere to social distancing, as well as maintaining traditional duties.

NCP 119 is mandatory for all NSI Guarding Gold & Silver approved companies by 31st December 2021.
