The Approval Survey in its hardcopy form, is no longer valid and should not be used by SIA Approved Contractors. If received by the SIA’s Customer Support Team, they will be rejected and returned to the companies who have submitted them.
From now on, the SIA will include a link to the on-line Approval Survey in the e-mails they send to Approved Contractors confirming they have been successful in their assessments.
The SIA are urging Approved Contractors to complete the survey annually which, they say, will help them to improve the quality of service they provide. They are seeking feedback on the following areas:
- Approval Process
- Quality of the assessment (verification visit)
- Benefits of the Scheme
The Survey will take in the region of 15 minutes to complete and all responses will be treated as confidential.
