A Christmas message from Jeff Little NSI CEO

The UK security industry should enter 2013 with confidence and with pride.  Private security plays an increasingly essential role by making all of our lives safer and free from danger.  As austerity measures begin to bite, the challenges will become even starker next year as our front-line emergency services come under more and more fiscal pressure.

Security has hardly ever been out of the headlines in 2012 for one reason or another.  It is often a thankless task, little remarked upon unless something goes wrong.  However, the men and women of the industry go about their roles 24/7 day-in and day-out and they protect life and property, they detect and deter, they react and respond and we at NSI salute them all this Christmas.

We wish all of our approved companies and those connected to the security and fire sectors, a very Merry Christmas and we hope for a successful and safe New Year.
