What is the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order?

Introduced under the Regulatory Reform Order, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (England & Wales) aimed to simplify, rationalise and consolidate the myriad of existing legislation. The Order places the responsibility on individuals within an organisation to carry out risk assessments to identify, manage and reduce the risk of fire.
