At the core of our ethos is the esteemed NSI Gold certification. This certification is a testament to our unwavering commitment to industry best practices and a strategic leverage point, positioning Lansafe to engage with larger clients and pursue lucrative tenders. NSI Gold is not just a certification; it’s our commitment to providing a gold standard in service and beyond.

In May 2023, we successfully attained our NSI Gold certification. Our primary motivation for securing this certification was to broaden our customer base, attract larger clients and secure more substantial tenders. The ongoing commitment to maintaining NSI Gold is driven by our dedication to upholding the stringent international and British standards set by NSI in all our installations. This ensures peace of mind for our clients and aligns with our commitment to meeting and exceeding gold standard customer requirements.

What benefits has NSI certification brought to your business?

The impact of NSI certification reverberates throughout our operations. It has specifically proven instrumental in securing our partnership with high-end retail client Nadine Merabi. The client's insurance provider stipulated that the intruder alarm and CCTV MUST be installed by an NSI Gold company.; the intruder alarm must be grade 3 with Police response and the CCTV monitored by an ARC. The client then used an NSI Company Finder to engage with a gold-certified company, and chose us. We were then asked to provide an SDP and quote for both systems. After the systems had been installed and certified and all associated documentation handed over to the client, the insurance then inspected the systems to ensure we had met the requirements.

NSI Gold certification has elevated our operational efficiency, thanks to implementing a robust quality management system. The result is a more streamlined and organised post-installation handover process, contributing to heightened customer satisfaction and bolstering our reputation in the industry.

Our meticulous approach to the NSI audits reflects our commitment to transparency and accountability. Strategic meetings involving key team members, including the compliance manager, qualifying manager, internal auditor, and managing director, ensure that our operations align seamlessly with stringent NSI's requirements. Final site visits with installation engineers and qualifying managers, to selected customer sites, further emphasise our preparedness, demonstrating our dedication to a seamless audit process.
