Labour Provider Approval
NSI developed the Code of Practice for the Provision of Labour in the Security and Events Sectors (NCP 119) to raise standards and strengthen public safety across the security and events sectors.
It is mandatory requirement for all NSI approved companies to only use labour proviers holding approval to this code.
To strengthen standards and protect public safety, NSI developed the Code of Practice for the Provision of Labour in the Security and Events Sectors (NCP 119).
This code demonstrates to buyers of security guarding and event stewarding services that the right practices in areas such as screening, right to work, payment of minimum wage and SIA licensing are correctly adhered to for all personnel deployed including those sourced from labour providers.
