Supply chain partners’ approval to this Code of Practice will help ensure security is not compromised and integrity is maintained in meeting statutory and legislative requirements, staff wellbeing and relevant Environmental Social and Governance criteria, reinforcing best practice.

In the latest edition of Risk Xtra, NSI’s CEO Richard Jenkins explains the Certification Body’s forthcoming Code of Practice NCP 119,  for the ‘provision of labour in the security and events sector’ and how it will help to raise standards throughout the supply chain.

The new Code spans a range of requirements including those related to organisational best practice, sale of services, operations and documentation, record-keeping, and personnel requirements related to recruitment, training, employee terms and conditions, and security screening.
