26 March 2018
At the 2018 NSI Summit Approved Companies had the opportunity to hear from Carroll Nugent, the FM Lead for Crown Commercial Service, who is actively encouraging the systems sector to engage and in particular provide feedback on the proposed commercial tender template for security systems installation services bidding in future.
Following the Summit, NSI has secured an opportunity for NSI approved company input into the framework design. This is a unique opportunity for NSI approved company involvement in the framework design that will set the basis of future government procurement and purchasing template for security systems installations.
In view of the tight timelines, this will be in the form of a workshop for NSI NACOSS Gold approved companies to directly discuss the proposed framework with Crown Commercial Services in mid-April. It will take the form of a 1-2 hour session, most likely in London.
Those expressing interest before 28th March 2018 will be notified of the specific event details. Final confirmation of the limited places available will be made on a first come first served basis.
Who should attend? Only one place per approved company will be given. Those with commercial estimating expertise and familiarity with pricing/tendering for systems contracts will be most able to inform and get best value out of this workshop.
If you would like to be involved, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than Wednesday 28th March 2018 expressing your interest.
