The NSI Installer Summit is a unique conference and exhibition which has been specifically crafted for the business needs of NSI approved electronic security installers. This exclusive event features a bespoke seminar programme, exhibition and ‘Learning Zone’ providing installers with vital information on the industry and good business practices for 2014.
There has already been a phenomenal take up for the event with nearly 200 delegates already registered.
Chris Pinder, NSI External Affairs Director comments “We are delighted to be hosting this new and exciting event for our approved companies. The popular regional meetings we facilitate around the UK for our electronic security installers will continue to be held. This NSI Installer Summit compliments the regional activity and provides the perfect opportunity to bring the regions together at one unique event. We continually look at ways in which we can provide added value to companies seeking third party certification through NSI and this event will enable our approved companies to liaise directly with each other and with a whole host of industry bodies, manufacturers, and industry experts. The response we have had so far from those wanting to exhibit and attend has been fantastic and is very encouraging”.
Simon Banks, Group Managing Director of CSL DualCom Group advised, “CSL DualCom have been loyal supporters of the NSI Regional Meetings and the creation of the NSI Summit is a natural evolution. A Fire and Security industry event catering specifically for the installers is a major step forward. The NSI Summit offers sponsors the chance to meet a large number of NSI approved companies at a forum specifically tailored to their requirements. With nearly 200 NSI Installers registered to attend already we look forward to headlining what is set to be a landmark industry event.”
The event sees representation from key industry bodies including ACPO, BAFE, BSIA, FIA, FSA and Skills for Security. In addition to CSL DualCom as a headline sponsor, exhibitors to date include BT Redcare, CQR, DeView, Eaton’s Security, Elmdene, HKC, Honeywell, Pyronix, Risco, Selectamark and Texecom. Companies including HJA Recruitment and RAM Tracking will also be present representing wider business interests.
A team from NSI will also be present to provide information on our certification and value added products and services, including NSI Training.
The Learning Zone will provide a platform for delegates to seek out answers to key industry and business questions with a Standards area hosted by NSI’s Head of Technical Services, Tony Weeks. There will also be an Intruder area sponsored by Risco, Financial advice from Baker Tilly, an Employment Law and Health & Safety area manned by Citation, while Skills for Security will be present to answer any queries about apprenticeships and general training.
With a varied and informative seminar programme in addition to the exhibition and Learning Zone, this really is a great opportunity to have multiple business queries addressed at one all encompassing industry event.
