proposition, NSI are able to offer approved companies additional
schemes which operate to complement the standard security and fire
schemes.
Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
The Environmental Standard BS EN ISO 14001 is designed to help
companies meet their environmental legislation obligations. NSI's
EMS Gold scheme identifies companies that achieve these and who
strive for continual improvement in their environmental
performance.
Health & Safety Management Systems
Companies are required by law to operate in a manner that is
safe for all personnel. NSI companies displaying the H & S Gold
logo prove they achieve this by meeting the requirements of the
Standard OHSAS 18001.
