Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) &
Remote Video Response Centres (RVRC)

ARCs provide security systems monitoring services all year round.

NSI approves ARCs in respect of the monitoring of signals received from intruder and fire alarm systems.

NSI also approves RVRC for the monitoring of BS 8418 detector activated CCTV systems and other CCTV systems used in security applications.

  • Business Standards (covering insurance, premises, finances etc.)
  • Codes of Practice (covering industry-specific issues such as customer care)
